Abstract
Weight balancer for toilet seat is to be installed onto toilet seat to keep toilet seat open by the mechanism of seesaw to prevent it from being dirtied by urine. Toilet seat can be opened or closed by an implemental pusher instead of using hand to touch the bacteria contaminated toilet seat to open or close it.
Description
- A man has to lift the toilet seat to urinate to prevent toilet seat from being dirtied by urine. A Weight balancer for toilet seat can keep the toilet seat open in a upright position by an added a weight behind it through attached levers because of the mechanism of seesaw. Toilet seat can be closed or opened easily by an implemental pusher to keep hand from touching bacteria contaminated toilet seat.
- The weigh balancer for toilet seat is an apparatus designed to provide balanced weigh before and after toilet seat hinge. Once the weigh before and after toilet seat hinge is balanced toilet seat can be opened to stay at upright position or closed to stay at closure position through the change of weight balance by adding the weight of an implemental pusher to place before or after the hinge of toilet seat.

drawings numeral 11 ofFIG. 1 is a weight balancer for toilet seat. Numeral 12 ofFIG. 2 is the U-shaped lever. Numeral 13 ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 is the heavy front metal plate. Numeral 14 ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 is the central hook of the heavyfront metal plate 13. Numeral 15 ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 is the middle fenestrated segment of U-shapedlever 12. Numeral 16 ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 is elongated bolt slot. Numeral 17 ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 is the rear threaded end of U-shapedlever 12. Numeral 18 ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 is a nut. Numeral 19 ofFIG. 2 is threaded canal ofnut 18. Threadedcanal 19 can screw onto rear threadedend 17. Numeral 20 ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 is weigh. Numeral 21 ofFIG. 2 is central threaded canal of weigh 20. Central threadedcanal 21 can screw on to rear threadedend 17. Numeral 22 ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 is narrow horizontal anchor plate. Numeral 23 ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 is vertical rod. Numeral 24 ofFIG. 2 is threaded canal ofvertical rod 23. Numeral 25 ofFIG. 2 is bolt.Bolt 25 ofFIG. 2 can pass through easily theelongated bolt slot 16 ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 to screw into threadedcanal 24 to fasten narrowhorizontal anchor plate 22 onto U-shapedlever 12. Numeral 26 ofFIG. 3 is toilet seat. Numeral 27 ofFIG. 3 is the rear portion oftoilet seat 26. Numeral 28 ofFIG. 3 is the hinge oftoilet seat 26. Numeral 29 ofFig. 3 is the gap in between thehinge 28 and rear portion oftoilet seat 27.Gap 29 can admit snuggly the narrowhorizontal anchor plate 22 ofFIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 andFIG. 3 . The first step to install the weight balancer fortoilet seat 11 ontotoilet seat 26 is to hook tocentral hook 14 onto rear portion oftoilet seat 27 as illustrated inFIG. 3 . The second step is to place narrowhorizontal anchor plate 22 into thegap 29 and to restvertical rod 23 on the middlefenestrated segment 15. The third step is to insertbolt 25 through theelongated bolt slot 16 from below to screw into threadedcanal 24 to fasten U-shapedlever 12 ontotoilet seat 26. The fourth step is to screw weigh 20 onto rear threadedend 17. The fifth step is to rotate weigh 20 forward and backward on the threadedend 17 to find the balance point wheretoilet seat 26 can be opened to upright position. The sixth step is to screwnut 18 onto the rear threadedend 17 to fixweight 20 on U-shapedlever 12. Whenweight 20 is fixed at this balancepoint toilet seat 26 can stay at open upright position. But whentoilet seat 26 is pushed down to rest on toilet the heavyfront metal plate 13 becomes far away fromhinge 28 and its horizontal leverage arm elongates to increase the leverage ratio to keeptoilet seat 26 close. Whentoilet seat 26 is raised to open the heavyfront metal plate 13 is also raised to be closer to hinge 28 and shortens its horizontal leverage arm, therefore its leverage ratio decrease to keeptoilet seat 26 at upright position. Numeral 30 ofFIG. 4 is an implemental pusher. Numeral 31 ofFIG. 4 is the handle. Numeral 32 ofFIG. 4 is stopper. Numeral 33 ofFIG. 4 is point.Point 33 can insert easily and loosely intoelongated bolt slot 16. One can use implemental pusher to insertpoint 33 into theelongated bolt slot 16 beforevertical slot 23 to push it down to closetoilet seat 26. One can also use implemental pusher to insertpoint 33 into theelongated bolt slot 16 aftervertical rod 23 and behindtoilet hinge 28 to push it down to opentoilet seat 26. After the weight balancer is installed onto toilet seat it can keep toilet seat open at upright position once it is opened and at closure position once it is closed.
