Abstract

An improved toilet paper holder in the shape of a trough like device which would be caped on the ends, easily loaded and unloaded from the open top. Installation is easy with an adhesive strip instead of a drill and screw. By bringing the paper up from the bottom and pulling down on the cutting edge the toilet paper will rip off leaving the end exposed for the next user.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • This invention relates to improved toilet paper holder.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • There have been innumerable variations on the theme of toilet paper role dispensers. This field of invention is continually active. For example U.S. Pat. No. 2,561,584 July of 5, U.S. Pat. No. 2,649,225 August of 1953, U.S. Pat. No. 4,114,824 Sep. 9, 1978 and those patent that came before and after. These inventions, as well as a vast variety of other, all have certain characteristics and limitations which render them undesirable or ineffective in one way or another. For example, “U.S. Pat. No. 2,542,941 February of 51” the most commonly used toilet paper to hard to load or unload so most people leave the toilet paper on top of the holder or empty another style of to let paper holder such as U.S. Pat. No. 337,005 or D 450,503 have common problems such as drill holes in the walls or toilet paper spooling out on to the floor. These characteristics are fairly typical of the toilet paper holder designed to these specifications.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The preferred embodiment of my invention is comprised of brass or chrome metal, but can also be made in plastic or ceramic, which is a trough like device which is that caped on the end and adhered to the wall with an adhesive tape.
  • It is an object of this present invention to create a toilet paper holder that can be easy to load and unload firm the open top.
  • It is also an object of the present invention to provide easy installation by using adhesive tape.
  • It is a further object of the present invention to provide easier use of this device by bringing the toilet paper up from the bottom and pulling down on the cutting edge. Cutting off the toilet paper leaving the edge of the toilet paper exposed for the next user.
  • SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
  • FIG. 1 is a side view depicting the components of the preferred embodiments of the invention in uses.
  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
  • FIG. 1 illustrates all the preferred embodiments. FIG. 1 can be made from brass or chrome metal, but can also be made in plastic or ceramic. (1) Cutting lip, (2) trough holding area, (3) stabilizing back, (4) adhesive strip, and (5) top loading.
