Having thus described my invention, whatI claim as new and desire tosecure by Letters Patent, is:

In a carpet sweeper case, the combination of a substantially rectangular shell body with sloping sides have depending inturned end flanges, case ends conformed to said shell each having agroove therein to receive one of said flangesa plate ateach end overlying "a portion of the flange and fastened to the case endwhereby the shell and' case end are firmly bound together, and .a stop retained betweensaid shell and the top of each of said case "ends and extending inwardly-of said case; I 3
