- Apparatus of the class described comprisving-a vmagazineof elongated trough-like form YVhaving its'base or bottomwall provided with a projection near the upper end thereof, a warded cla tag receiving key bar adapted for insertion into said magazine and having an opening to receive said projection, a locking member slidably mounted on the magazine and having a portion adapted to be moved into or away from a posi tion opposite the end of said projection to releasably confine the key bar thereon, shields partly closing the end of said trough-like magazine opposite from the end having the projection thereon, and a gateway through which chips kmovement thereof about it pivotal mounting.
