The base 1 of the support illustrated has I casters 2 at one edge and feet 3 at the opposite I edge. A hand wheel 13 is threaded on the spindle above the block, and by turning this wheel the spindle may be raisedor lowered. The bail 14 is fastened to the lower end of the spindle.
