IMPROVEMENT IN PACKING-CASES FOR CRACKERS AND CONFECTLONERY` Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. I 81,329, dated August 22, 1876; application filed June 20, 1876.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, JOSEPH GARNEAU, Sr., of St. Louis, in the county of St. Lonis and State of Missouri, have invented a new and Improved Packing-Oase for Crackers, Oonfecline a' x ot' Fig. 1.

A is the main case, and B the sample-case, the latter being provided with a transparent side, C, of glass or other approved material,
and being detachably connected to one side of the case A by an extension, D, thereof at the bottom and the cover E, the said ease co1'- responding in length and breadth with the side of the case.
The usefulness of a case of this character is obvious.
Having thus described my invention, I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent- The combination of sample-case B, having a transparent side, C, with the Inain case A, having the extension D, and with the cover E, substantially as specified.
