In a roll-around bed organiza-tion comprising a truck to which a bed fra-me is pivotedv: a base-enlarging arm pivotally mounted on said truck and provided with al floorengaging member; means associated with said bed frame and adapted to engage said arniforrendering a tilting of said bed' frame effective to shift said arm in a horizontal plane betweenan inner position and an outer position; and means rendering operation of said last-mentioned means incidentally eiect-ive 'Y to depress said Hoor-*engaging member at the completion of an outward movement of said arm and by engagement of meanson said arm with ak stress member of said truck.
