The main object of this invention is to provide a gaming device'in'which dice are used. The device encloses the dice so that p H ports a plurality of dice 26.,

counterfeit dicemay'not befsubstituted.

Another object of this invention is to provide a device which shakes andshuffles dice upon presin an enclosed visible container sureof abutton-forming part of the device.

Referring in detail to the drawing, the

' numeral 10 indicates an inverted ornamental- I 1y formed housing whlchencloses a chamber 11 havingthe mechanism therein. The bottom of the housing 10 is completely capped by a disc 12 which has a bounding recess13 formed thereon. This recess 13 receives the beaded lip 14: of the housing 10,'which is provided for the purpose of sealing the device. W'ithin thechamber 11 a pedestal 15 is mounted on the disc 12 in some desirable manner. The pedestal 15 hasa channel there in which receives a lever 16. Said lever 16 is provided with a pair of opposing pins 17. which cradle in slotsl8 formed'in the upper end of the pedestal 15. One end of the lever 16has pivotally connected thereto a bar 19 which passes through an opening in the housing 10 in which is mounted a collar 20. The upper end of the bar above the housing 10 and is surmounted by a button 21.
