My invention relates to a combination cup.
and ice cream cone holder.
In accordance with my invention, I provide a tray or body portion upon which are per manently attached cup holders. Attached to the tray'and depending therefrom, are tubular cone holders, which lead into the bottoms When the device is usedv the cup holders, and the cone holdersarethen surrounded by the cup holdersand areprotected by the same.
In the accompanying drawings,'forming a part of this specification, and in which like numerals are employed to designate like parts throughout the same,
I Figure 1 is aplan view of a deviceembodying my invention, 7 r

tray constituting thefbody portion of the device, and preferably provided at its edge with an upstanding marginal flange 6.
' The numeral 7 designates downwardly tapering cup holders for holding paper cups, glasses, or the like.
These cup holders are preferably arranged upon the tray 5 ina circular group, and may be rigidly attached from obstruction, said tubularguards serving ,to protect the upper portions of the cones When thedevice is employedftohold cones,
the lower ends of. the conesarefheld within the holders-9 while the holders 7 surround the a combined cup and cone holder, embodying cones and protect the-same. The lower reduced ends. of the cup holders have a larger 7 diameter than the upper large ends of the cone holders, thereby providing a horizontal v shoulder or offset portion for the cup holders, upon which the cups or the like may rest.
It isto be understood that the form ofmy invention, herewith shown and described, is
to be taken as a preferred example of the same, and'that various changes inthe shape,
sizeand arrangement of parts, may be re sorted to. without departing from the spirit of my inventiomor the scopeof the subjoined claim. j is Having: thus described my invention, I claim v An ice cream cone holder comprising a tray, downwardly tapering tubular legs secured to the tray andprojecting below the same and serving-as the sole supportfor a portion of I the tray, the bores of the tubular legs having theirupper ends opened so that the lower r ends of ice cream cones may be inserted within In the drawings, wherein for. the purpose of illustration is shown a preferred embodiment of my invention, the numeral 5 designates'a said tubular legs with thecones projecting above the same, said tubular guards surround ing the upper ends of the tubularlegs in spaced relation, the bottoms of the tubular guards having openings so that the upper ends of the .boresjof the tubular legs are free and also being adapted to holdjcups or the '1' like,
In, testimony whereof I aiiix my signature.
