I claim:
1. A match safe comprising a receptacle having an inclined bottom, there being a discharge opening in the front of said receptacle at the lower end of said bottom; a match supporting tray projecting from the lower front portion of said receptacle and forming sub stantially a continuation of said'bottom; and a transverse stop ledge in said tray just outside of said discharge opening and stopping short of the top of the side walls of said tray.

A match safe comprising a receptacle having an inclined bottom, there being a discharge opening in the front of said receptacle at the lower end of said bottom and a finger opening in the bottom of said receptacle immediately below the central portion of said discharge opening; a match supporting tray projecting from the lower front portion of said receptacle and forming substantially a continuation of said bottom; and a transverse stop ledge in said tray just outside of said discharge opening, the inner side of said ledge sloping gradually and the outer side being abrupt. A match safe comprising a receptacle having an inclined bottom, there being a dis charge opening in the front of said receptacle at the lower end of said bottom; a match supporting tray projecting'from the lower front portion of said receptacle and forming sub stantially a continuation of said bottom, said tray being 'ransversely convex in form and sloping upwardly from the bottom of said discharge opening; and a transverse stop ledge in said tray just outside of said'discharge opening.

A match safe-comprising a receptacle I having an inclined bottom, there being a discharge opening in the front of said receptacle at the lower end of saidbottom, a match supporting tray projecting from the lower front portion of said receptacle and forming substantially a continuation of said bottom, said tray sloping upwardly from the bottom of said discharge opening, and a'transverse stop ledge in said tray just outside of said dis.-
