The present invention relates 'to an aeroplane and has lor its principal object to provide a structure ot this nature which is more ellieient and reliable than those in coinnion use in that it enables the aei'oiiilane le glidel .more freely in the ai r because of the eliape ol" the top and bottom wings thcreol.'v in relation to each other. n

Particular attention is called to the curvature olf the wings 7 and 9. The wings are bowed transversely having their convex ein lfaces disposed upwardly and their concave surfaces disposed downwardly.
