Still another object is to provide a device of the above character having a resilient clip portion atene end for removably clamping the marginal side of a panel. l

While the device thus fai' disclosed admirably .performs its functions, I have yet provided tWo :additional features therefor, vthe first coi'nprisinga lateral extension 15, forming the-'terminal of one end of the single piece of Wire, and lying beneath the, top convolutions of said circular portions 14:. In View of this construction lateral displacement of a panel is positively precluded, since said lateral extension 15 is inserted ina slot 5a in said panel, (see Fig.` 1) and continues therein for final abutment Yagainst the bight portion of` said slot.V This is a feature of some importance. Further, l propose to ottsetsaid body portion 12, intermediatesaid clip portion 14 and hook 13, as indicated at 16, said offsets eX- tending laterally and as shown in F ig. 2-an eX- cellentV supporting base is provided for the bottom edge of a panel.
