With the parts bent as indicated above, the Vtvvo holes 5 and 5 Will register with each kother and a Clamp sorevv 18 is passed therethrough, and the `tvvo holes 6, 6 may also be brought in register to the end th'atthe clamp screw 19 may be passed therethrough. A card V2() is -inserted between the portionll vrby means of the clamp serews which pass through openings in rmly clamped between the opposing faces of the card, but it vis alsoy the support, and this prevents the card 4being torn from its position, unless bythel application of very considerable force.
Referring now to Fig. 4, 2lis a wire'vbent sharply at the points 22 and 23so as to bring the end portions 24 and 25 parallel with the middle portion. The terminal part 26 of the end portion 24 is first bent at right anglesto the middle portion to form a shank, then into `a clamp screw receiving loop 27, after which it isA bent into a support. engaging`loop28, andlinallyinto a hook-'shaped part 29. Thel other end portion 25 has its terminal end pore tion bent at rightl angles to the` main clamping body of .the holder andy parallel to ythe shank portion 2G or' the member 24,- 'and nut 34 thereon for tighteningtheloop 28 around the card holder support.
The parallel clamping members constituting the parts for clamping the card are then bent on themselves so as to form loops or eyes v35,' 36, and clamping screws 37 and 38 are passedthrough said loopsor eyes andthrough the card between the clamping members, and' wingv nuts 39 and'40are applied thereto to.

It will be perceived that by the present invention there is provided, first, a blank which may be shipped in large numbers in very compact space; second, there V1s provided a card holder that can be made ata minimum cost,
