IMPROVEMENT IN PROTECTORS FOR BOOT AND SHOE STRAPS.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 166,547, dated August 10, 1875; application filed December 31, 1874.
To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, HOSEA P. OSBOURNE, of Milwaukee, in the county of Milwaukee, in the State of Wisconsin, have invented certain Improvements in Protectors for Boot and Shoe Straps, of which the following is a specification:
My invention has for its object the protection of the webbing for boot and shoe straps from chafing out and breaking, and also for an ornament for boots and shoes; and is a leather shield on the webbing, to protect it from being raveled out.
