This invention relates to; certain improvements in display stands orcases particularly adapted for displaying articles in shop win dows, counters, or the like,
It is a special dbject of the .inventionto' provide a display stand orc'aseof'attr'ae' tive appearance which will permita clear View of the articles and in which the articles may be readily positioned in the case and removed therefrom. z
A further object of the inventionis to produce a display stand or case having pocirets of different heights so as to accommodate articles of different heights as, for instance,

The stand may material and the partsfasseinb various 1 a colored or designed paper of any suitable design or character, this producing an effective and, at the same time, a simple and cheap structure. In erecting the stand, there is provided a back, piece 20 which, at its bottom, is outwardly bent to form' the base piece 21 which forms the-bottom of the pockets. The base piece is slotted, as indicated at 22, from the back toward the front the slot,'however, not-extending entirely across the base. The partitions, likewise, are provided with a slot 23 toward their bottoms, which slot receives the unslotted' portion 24: of the base so'that the partitions are held in the base.
