The invention, with other objects and advantages thereof, and the particular construction, combinations and arrangements of parts comprising the same will be understood from the hereinafter contained detail description, when considered in connection with the accompanying drawings, forming part hereof, and illustrating two embodiments of the invention.
so In the drawings:
V Figure 1 is afront elevation of a toy doll constructed in accordance with the present invention.

V iVhile specific embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the drawings, it will of course be understood that changesand variations in the particular construction shown, and the carrying out of the invention in other forms, as Will appeal to those skilled in the art and falling within the scope of the appended claims may be prac ticed without departing from the spirit of the invention.
Referring to a detail description of the particular embodiment of the invention illus trated in Figures 1 to 4 of the drawings, the particular construction showncompris'es an upper body member 1 including head 2, shoulders 3, and arm portions 4 The upper body member 1 is provided with a loop portion 5 adapted to be detach-ably engaged by and to hold a handkerchief 6 or the like suspended from the upper body portion 1 to constitute a lower part or dress member'of the doll, the handkerchief 6 or similar piece of fabric or cloth being draped' or threaded through the loop portion 5 to hang in two folds and gathered in or confined at the line of fold as illustrated in Figure 1 of the draw ings.
