This invention has, reference "to a "fire;
alarm, the primary object oflthe invention being to provide a torpedo which may be fired bythe heat of the burning building or;

In a signaling device, a cylindrical body portionadapted-to contain an explosive material, sald body portion having an opening in its'wall and' disposed intermediate its ends, a tubular member having one end thereof 7 disposed within the opening and having its opposite end terminating at a point substantially centrally of the body portion, a fuse positioned within the tubular member and extending throughout the length thereof, and a protecting strip secured tothebody portion and disposed over the opening a nd outer end of the tubular'member and fuse.
