A further object of the invention is the provision of the game which may be readily transported and be utilized by both old and oung. v

A still further object of the invention is the provision of a game of this character which is simple in construction, durable, and one which can be manufactured at a comparatively small cost.

Other objects and advantages of this invention will be apparent during the course of the following description.

In the drawings, wherein for the purpose of illustration is shown the preferred embodiment of my invention, the numeral 5 generally designates the casing which is substantially rectangular in form. The front and back are parallel while the sides are slightly tapered towards the back decreasing the back section to a slight degree. 'The top 6 is slightly inclined the rear portion thereof being substantially higher than the front. A horizontal partition or floor 9 is secured within the casing, this floor being inclined and issuin through the front of the casing parallel wlth the bottom thereof, the rear section being elevated and connecting with back 7. forming extensions of the partition and issuing through suitable slots formed in the sides of the casing, the clips being bent to rigidly retain the partition in position. A similar clip 11 is formed on the rear portion of the partition and is connected to the casing in a similar manner.

The front portion of the partition or floor plate 9 is suitably cut to form a plurality, in this instance five, projecting tongues 12, these tongues extending directly from the front of the casing rectilinear with the bot tom thereof. The remaining portion of the front partition section is bent upwardly forming an acute angle with the tongues 12 as denoted by the numeral 13 forming substantially a plurality of pockets.

The front section of the casing is pro vided with a plurality of semicircular openings 14 adapted to align with the projecting tongues 12 the purpose of which will be hereinafter explained. The intermediate partitions 15 formed on the front section extend downwardly t0 the floor plate 9 a pair of these partition strips being provided with extensions 16 which extend through suitable slots in the partition and are bent to securely engage the same. The rear section of the casing top is provided with a central opening 17 formed adjacent the back of the casing to permit insertion of game pieces 18 which are preferably in the nature of marbles and may be in various colors. is the marble travels down the fioor plate or partition 9 it is baffled or guided in an orratie course by a plurality of projections 19 formed in the upper portion of the plate for this purpose. These projections may be formed in the plate by forcing a sharp instrument partially therethrough or in any similar manner and effectively guide the marble in its downward movement. These projections are preferably formed in rows being substantially equally distant from each other, the intermediate rows being prefer ably formed so that the projections will he cut out of alignment.

The simplicity of construction and the ease of assembling my device constitutes one of the features thereof, the entire device being readily constructed of only two pieces of material which may be metal or other durable material. As shown in Figure 3 the casing may be cut in one piece the top 5, front and back 6 and Y and side strips constituting only one piece of material, which may be folded on the dotted lines shown in this figure in order to connect same with the other piece comprising the partition or floor plate. I

Having thus described my invention, I claim:
