This invention relates to a sandpaper holder, and has for an object the provision of a simple and eliicient device whereby one or more layers of sandpaper -can be very eiciently mountcdthereon to enable a workman to sandpaper surfaces in a simple and eiiicient manner. f

Another object is to provide means whereby the sandpaper can mounted on and removed from the device with the fewest possible manipulations required by the workman.

A further object is to "provide means whereby the tool can be very readily carried on the hand or arm of the workman so that he will not have to Waste any time in making it available Jfor use at all times. A
