IMPROVEMENT IN STEAM-LUBRICATORS.
` Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 146,697, dated January 20, 1874,; application filed v June 1l, 1873.
To all whom fit may concern Beit known that I, ELIJAn MGCOY, of the city of Ypsilanti, in the county of Washtenaw and State of Michigan, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Lubricators; and I do hereby declare that the following` is a full, clear, and exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying drawings and to the letters of reference marked thereon, which forni a part oi' this` specifica tion.
My invention relates to that class of steameylinder lubrioators in which there is a central tube in the oil-cup, with a valve at the upper end of said tube; and the nature of my inveit tion consists in the construction and arrangement of the valve at the upper end of such central Valve, as will be hereinafter 1n ore `fully set forth. In order to enable others skilled -in the art to which my nventi on appertains to make and l use the same7 I will now proceed to describe its construction and operation, referring to the annexed drawing, which represents a Vertical section of my improvement.
