To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, ALBERT BETHINCOURT, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of the ronx and State of New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Combined rust-proof non-breakable material such as As shown in flaps 18, 19, 20 and 21 may be stiffened as at 25 so that when the device is folded a substantially boxlike structure will be provided for the reception of-the brush e flaps 18 and 19 are provided near are provided with the end flaps 20 and 21, one of which is provided with a ring 22 by means of which the device may be suspended.
