To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, ANTHONY M. CU NHA, a citizen of the United States, and resident of the city of Providence, in the county of Providence and State of Rhode Island, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Wrenches, of which the following is a specification. N

This invention relates to so-called socket wrenches and more particularly to an auxiliary detachable handle for a socket wrench, and the object of this invention is to provide such an auxiliary handle of simple and practical construction which is adaptedto be readily connected to and disconnected from the main wrench to complete the forming of a T-shapedoperating handle for a wrench.

With these and other objects in view, the invention consists of certain novel features of construction, as will be more fully described, and particularly pointed out in the appended claims.

As it is not convenient under all circumstances to use a T-handle wrench, I have provided. an auxiliary handle which may readily connected to the regular slngle handled wrench, whereby a single handled wrench may be convertedinto a double or T-handle wrench when desired.

In order to further support and stiffen these side walls about the opening 17, I have provided a bridge member 19 which extends from the opening and connects the upper edge of the side walls together.
