IMPROVEMENT IN ClGAR-PERFRATORS.

To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that I, E. A. KONTEE, of Brooklyn, in the county of Kings and State of New York, have invented an Improvement in End- Percers forOiga-rs, of which the following is a specification:
The invention relates to the well`- known ci gar-end piercers containing a tapered guide- Y tube with one or more knives fastened theree of Fig. 2.
A is the piercer, consisting of tube B, knives C (l, eye D, and knife-stock E. The stock, tube, and eye are all connected by a single screw upon the end of eye-piece D, which allows the stock to be removed in order to have a knife sharpened or replaced by another; also, if one ofthe parts' Vis broken, that alone will be thrown away, while the remainder may be utilized with a single new part.
Having thus described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is v A cigar-end piercer having the knife-stock E, tube B, and eye D all connected by the single screw on the eye-piece, in the manner and for the purpose speciied.
