The present. invention is directed to iinprovenientsI in devices for protecting bank otticials :troni robbers;` and has for its object: to so construct a device ot' this cliaractei.' that the teller can upon sinipljy pulling a cord Close the windows ol thecage and lsiinultaneouslv the door to the bank.

A further object of the invention is to provide a device ol this character so constructed thaty the teller can siinultaneousl)v close the windows ol' the eagle and entrance door should a robber enter the bank, thereby trapping the robber in the bank until assistance can be obtained.
