To all whom it may concern Be it known that I, WVILLIAM A. SEMERAK,

. a citizen of the United States, and a resident of the city of Chicago, county of Cook, and State of'lllinois, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Roller-Mountings for Windows, of which the following is a' specification.

My invention relates to improvements in roller housings especially adapted for use on window frames to alleviate friction and has for its object the provision of a mounting of this character which is of simple construction and eflicient in use.

The preferred form of construction as illustrated in the accompanying drawings comprises a strip of metal 1 provided with counter-sunk openings 2 for the reception of screws 3 for securing the housing in position. The strip 1 is provided with a lateral extension which is bent upon lines l, 5 and 6 to form the three sides 7, 8 and 9 of a roller housing, the adjoining portion of strip 1 constituting the fourth side of said housing. The corresponding end of strip 1 is provided with a countersunk opening 10 and the opposite housing side 8 is provided with a counter-sunk opening 11 which falls in transverse alinem'entfwith opening 10,

Having described my invention what I claim as new and desire to secure by Letters Patent is:
