What is claimed is: V 1. A belt of the character described comprising a pair of strips of flexible material,
' means securing the strips at their end portions and along their longitudinal edges, a filling tube in one of the strips, fasteners at the ends of the strips arranged to coiiperate in holding the device on the person of the wearer, a crotch strap to pass between the legs of the wearer and hold the belt on the lower portion of the abdomen, and a clamp intermediate the ends of the belt to separate v the same into two separate chambers and prevent the liquid within one chamber from passing into the adjacent chamber.
