IMPROVEMENT IN DASHERS FOR WHEELED VEHICLES.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 114,933, dated May 16, 1871.

In'order to enable others skilled in the art to which my invention appertains to make and use the same, I will now proceed to describe its construction and operation, referring to the annexed drawing, which represents a perspective view of the front end of a wagon-box and dash-board. y
A represents a portion of the wagon-box,
and B is the dash-board, which is placed upon the front end of the box A, and attached to or formed upon the rail G. This rail is made of one piece, bent in any desired manner to form the shape of the dash-board. The ends of the rail 0 extend below the dash-board, and form the corner-posts to the front end of the box A. The center of the rail Ois supported by avertical post, D, as shown.
Having thus fully described my invention, what I claim as new, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-
A dash-board in which the wooden rail 0 is so bent or formed as to both form the shape of the board and the corner-posts to the front end of the box,. as shown and described.
