The invention not limited to the exact embodiment shown, but may he modified in VDlOUS Ways in the scope of the following elmi'iis.

We claim:

A pen clip forming an. artiele of manufacture :ulapt'ed to be stenerl. to it fountain pen barrel, suit: clip ronfiprising a. one-piece strip of spring metal, having :1 relatively broad base adapted to conform to the curvature of the barrel. :1 prong; out from said base I and bent from the plane thereof, :1 second prong extending from one edge of said, base and a relatively long pocket engaging meniber extending from the edge oi? said base opposite said second prong.
