IMPROVEMENT IN NECK-TIES.

We, JOSEPH R. WILBER and Oris W. Parson, of Providence, in the county of Providence and State of Rhode Island, have invented an Adjustable."EastA ener for Neck-ties, of which the following is a specification.
Nature and Object of the Invention.
Our invention relates to an adjustable fastenerfor neckties, said fastener being easily and readily attached to any common neck-tie, or detached. It is made of one piece of wire wound in such a manner as to form two spiral springs, a hook, and sort of loop to claspvaround the shield of the tie. It can also be more readily attached to the collar than any other fastener we know of.

General Description.

- It is attached by the hook over the edge of the collar directly above the button, the elasticity ofthe springs enabling any one to adjust it under the collar readily after attaching the hook to the same.
The same fastener can be used for different ties, as it vcan be readily attached ordetached.
