It is one of the objects ofthe present invention to provide an undertakers flower display stand which will overcome the above mentioned objectionablefeatures and which is adapted to hold and displayv flowers to thebest advantage and which may be adj usted-to any/angle and arranged around the casket in any manner deslred.
Afurther object of the present invention is to provide an undertakers flowerdisplay stand having means for securing the flowers to the stand and also for arranging the flowers on the'stand in any manner desired.
A further object of the invention is to provide an undertakers flower display stand so constructed that two or more of the stands may be easily clamped together to form a continuous support for a long bank of flowers. v A further object ofthe invention is to provide an-undertakers flower display stand of simple construction and which may be folded to occupy a minimum space for convenience of transportation.
With the above and other objects in view, theinvention consists of the improved undertakers flower display stand and its parts and combinations as set forth in the claims,
and all equivalents thereof.

The bracemember is of elongated form and its opposite ends are provided with segmental portions 29 which turn into engagement with and between the segmental ears 30 and the back portion of the flower holding frame 21. The ears are formed of spring metal and have their entrance ends 31 slightly bent toward the holder 20to lock the parts together when the brace frame is snapped into engagement therewith.
The flower holding frame 21 is formed of a pair of rectangular pieces of sheet metal 32 reinforced along their front side edges by angled strips 33, and the adjacent edge portions of the two section are connected together by hinges 3 1 which permit the said sections being folded forwardly toward each other. The rectangular plates of sheet metal 35 forming part of the flower holding frame 21- are provided with perforations 36 and with tongues 37 projecting forwardly and upwardly from the perforated portions of the plates. Stems of flowers placed between the tongues and the plates will be securely held in place and as the tongues are comparatively close together the flowers may be arranged in the form of a bank and in arranging them in this form the flower stems may also be stuck through the perforated portions of the plates to make a solid bank. In order to connect several of the supports together to form a long continuous bank the side angled strips 33 on one side of each frame arev provided with latches 38 having bent over end portions 39 which loop over the adjacent portions of the angled strips and securely lock'them together.
From the foregoing description it will be seen that the display stand is of very simple construction and is well adapted for the purpose described.
What I claim as my invention is: V
1. A flower display stand, comprising a 3 support, a brace member connected thereto,
a two-part-hinged-together holder carried by the brace member, said brace member extending transversely across the hinge joint of the holder and serving to lockthe holder in open position, and means forming part of the holder for attaching flowers thereto.
2, A flower display stand, comprising a support having an upper threaded portion and a T-shaped head, a brace member havinga curved recessed portion which is engaged by the T-shaped head, a clamping nut threaded on the upper portion of the support and engaging the curved recessed portion of the brace member, a two-part-hinged together holder removably carried by the brace member, saidbrace member serving to lock the two portions of the holder in open position, and means forming part of the support having an upper threaded portion and a T-shaped head, a'brace member hav ing .ajcurved recessedv portion which is engaged by the T-shaped head, a clamping nut threaded on the upper portion of the sup port and engaging the curved recessportion of the brace member, a two-part-hinged-together holder removably carried by the brace member, said brace member serving to lock the two portions of the holder in open position, means forming part of the holder for attaching flowers thereto, and means for connecting aplurality of the holders together.

A flower display stand, comprising a support havingnan upper threaded portion and a T-shaped head, a brace member having outer segmental endsand a medial curved recessed projection with serrated portions, said projection also having an elongated slot through which the upper end of the support extends with the T-shaped head within the recess, a serrated washer on the upper portion of the support and engaging the ser: rated portions of the projection, a clamping nut threaded on the support and engaging otwopart-hinged-together holder having segmental portions which are engaged by the segmental ends of the brace member, said holder provided with recessed portions and projecting tongues for holding flowers.

A flower display stand, comprising a telescopic standard having foldable arms adjustably connected to the lower endthereof and an upper threaded portion anda T- shaped head, a brace member having outer segmental ends and amedial curvedrecessed projection with serrated portions, said projection also having an elongated slot and a transverse slot intersecting the elongated slot, said elongated slot adapted to receive the upper end of the threaded portion of the tandard and the T-shaped head, a serrated washer on the upper portion of the standard and engaging the serrated portions of the projection, a clamping nut threaded on the support and engaging the washer to clamp the brace member to the standardin different angular adjustments, and a 'tWO- part-hinged-together holder having segmental portions which are engaged by the seg- -mental ends of the brace member, said of the two part holder and servingto brace holder provided with recessed portions and vthe parts in open position, the two part projecting tongues for holding the flowers. holder being erforated and having p'ro- 6.
