Bc it known that 1I, EDWARD' MORGAN, of Washington, inthe. county of Washington and District of Colunibia, lxaveinv'ented an Improved Measuring At- 'tachment forlaekaged Fabrics; and I do hereby den clare that the following is a suiiciently full, clear, and exact description of the same vto enable others to use it, referring to. the drawing, in Which- Figure 1 represents my measuring attachment as applied for use, and i Figure2 represents a section of the same.
