This invention has for its object the setting 'of a cord at `any angle to a. straight wand, in order that the cord may serve as' a guide for cutting bias pieces out of cloth. A
The invention consists in the combination of a straight wand, with sliding cross-pieces placed at right angles to the wand, in sockets at the ends of the same, and with a cord which connects those extremities of the cross-pieces that are on the same side of the wand, by which arrangement the cord may be set at any desired angle with the wand, on moving the cross-pieces to the required extent.
