General Description.'
A is the blade of the kuife.
In construction, a eut is formed in a solid handle for the. insertion ofthe tang. Channels are also formed for the bands G Dwl1ieh channels eome opposite the notches on n, when the tang is in the handle. The knife is then plaeediu a monld-aud the bands ,C1-D run around the handle inthe channels formed for the purpose, filling said channels and the Claim.
