To all 'ui/tom it may concern.'
He it known that l, ARTHUR Sommeil, a subject ot' the German Emperor, residing at Astoria, Long' Island, in the County of Queens and Slate of New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Combination-Brushes, of which the followin;` is a specification.
The present. invention relates to a brush for cooking or baking; utensils and has for its object to combine the same with a scraper and sweeper, so that the brushing. scraping` and sweeping may be accomplished simnl` taneonsly.
To lnalce my invention more clear, the same is illustrated in the :wcompanying drawing', in which similar reference letters denote corresponding` parts and in which- Figure l is a side elevation; Fig'. E.) is anend View; Fig. 3 an elevation of the device seen 'from the side opposite to that of Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 is a bottom plan View.

What l claim and desire to secure by Letters Patent is:
A brush for cooking or bakery ntensils,
com pris-ing a block, brush bristles secured in said block, a scraper plate adjustably secured to one side ot the said block, stri s of soft material at the opposite Side ot the said block adapted to project somewhat below the brush bristles and serving as a sweeper and a metal plate secured to said block and adapted to clamp the said soft material between itself'and the said block.
