EAMES, of Newport, in the county ot' Herkimer, and State of New York, have invented certain new and useful Improvements in Halter-Rings; andI do hereby declare that the following is a i'ull, clear, .and` exact description thereof, reference being had to the accompanying d1aw' ings and to the letters ot' reference marked thereon.
