Abstract
Заявленный способ изготовления звена трубопровода, в котором обеспечивают изоляционный мат, образованный из матрицы, пропитанной аэрогелем, ксерогелем или криогелем. Изоляционный мат имеет первую главную грань, вторую главную грань, противоположную первой главной грани, первый край, ограничивающий продольное направление, второй край, параллельный первому краю, третий край, который ограничивает поперечное направление, перпендикулярное продольному направлению, и четвертый край, параллельный третьему краю; наносят клей на первую главную грань; загибают изоляционный мат вокруг сердечника для обеспечения изогнутого изоляционного мата, который имеет внутреннюю поверхность, ограничивающую внутреннюю периферию и внешнюю поверхность, ограничивающую внешнюю периферию и продольную ось, перпендикулярную плоскостям внутренней и внешней периферии и параллельную поперечному направлению изоляционного мата, и разрезают радиально согнутый изоляционный мат между наружной поверхностью и внутренней. Заявлено звено трубопровода, которое имеет внутреннюю поверхность, внешнюю поверхность с продольной осью, перпендикулярной плоскостям внутренней и внешней периферии, и содержит изогнутый изоляционный мат, включающий матрицу из волокон, пропитанную аэрогелем, ксерогелем или криогелем, имеющую первую главную грань и вторую главную грань, противоположную первой главной грани.
