本发明公开了一种保温管,为四层结构,从外向内依次为矿物棉层、膨胀珍珠岩层、气凝胶毡层、泡沫塑料层,其中,所述矿物棉层的厚度为3-7mm,所述膨胀珍珠岩层的厚度为20-23mm,所述气凝胶毡层的厚度为5-10mm,所述泡沫塑料层17-19mm。本发明提供的保温管,以泡沫塑料为最基层,基层的外面紧包气凝胶毡层,于胶毡层上附着一层厚厚的膨胀珍珠岩层,最后在最外面包上矿物棉层,结构紧凑,较一般保温管材的外直径缩小一倍以上,但却赋予了保温管良好的保温的效果和高强的柔韧性,易于施工,施工时管材与管材衔接良好,不易漏水,并且该保温管的寿命是一般保温管寿命的5到10倍。

本发明涉及一种保温管。
背景技术
目前,现有保温管材多采用在一基础管材外包一层保温材料,管材的内外结构不紧凑,外层保温材料在施工时易损伤,管材柔韧性不,管材与管材之间衔接处容易漏水,缩短了整个管路的寿命,且保温效果也有待提高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种保温效果好、柔韧性强、结构紧凑的保温管。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来具体实现:
一种保温管,为四层结构,从外向内依次为矿物棉层、膨胀珍珠岩层、气凝胶毡层、泡沫塑料层,其中,所述矿物棉层的厚度为3-7mm,所述膨胀珍珠岩层的厚度为20-23mm,所述气凝胶毡层的厚度为5-10mm,所述泡沫塑料层17-19mm。
进一步的,所述矿物棉层的厚度为6mm,所述膨胀珍珠岩层的厚度为20mm,所述气凝胶毡层的厚度为8mm,所述泡沫塑料层18mm。
本发明提供的保温管,以泡沫塑料为基层,基层的外面紧包气凝胶毡层,于胶毡层上附着一层厚厚的膨胀珍珠岩层,最后在最外面包上矿物棉层,结构紧凑,较一般保温管材的外直径缩小一倍以上,但却赋予了保温管良好的保温的效果和高强的柔韧性,易于施工,施工时管材与管材衔接良好,不易漏水,并且该保温管的寿命是一般保温管寿命的5到10倍。

所述矿物棉层的厚度为6mm,所述膨胀珍珠岩层的厚度为20mm,所述气凝胶毡层的厚度为8mm,所述泡沫塑料层18mm。
