本发明提供消音型保温给水管,包括由内管和外管组成的管体,所述内管内设硅芯层,内管与外管之间由内至外依次设置金属网层、瓦片保温层、消音层;所述瓦片保温层由聚氨酯瓦片或硅酸钙瓦片构成;消音层轴向开有多个消音通道,消音通道由至少两层间隙设置的环形孔组成,孔内填充消音介质。本发明提出的消音型保温给水管,能有效解决现有给水管保温效果不佳,不具备噪音消除功能的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及供水管道技术领域,特别是涉及一种具有消音功能的消音型保温给水管。
背景技术
给水管是日常生活中不可缺少的一种塑料管材,给水管担负着生活用水输送的重要任务,而保温性能是检测影响给水管性能的一项重要指标。对于热水管道,保温效果不佳的给水管散热快,带来严重的能源浪费;对于冷水管道,在冬季间歇供水的情况下,管内水温受到外界影响,当水温低于零度时,就会在管道内结冰冻胀,导致管道发生形变或者破裂。
为了不断的提升人们的生活质量,住宅建设在建筑用料、住房结构设计、绿色环保等方面都有了很大的改善。现有给水管在输送流体时无法达到较好的隔音效果,所产生的噪音问题会影响到居民生活品质,尤其是在夜间,这种噪音所产生的不良效果更明显。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种具有保温功能和噪音消除功能的消音型保温给水管,解决现有给水管保温效果不佳,不具备噪音消除功能的问题。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述问题:
消音型保温给水管,包括由内管和外管组成的管体,其特征在于:所述内管内设硅芯层,内管与外管之间由内至外依次设置金属网层、瓦片保温层、消音层;所述消音层轴向开有多个消音通道;所述消音通道由至少两层间隙设置的环形孔组成,孔内填充消音介质。
上述方案中,与内外管之间设置金属网层、保温层和消音层,金属网层能提高管体强度,保温层用于克服温度对管体及管内流体的影响,消音层则为了进一步提高给水管的适用环境和范围。消音通道起隔音腔的作用,在其内设置消音棉可以对噪音进行吸附和消除。
为了达到良好的保温、抗冻效果,所述瓦片保温层采用保温性能较好的聚氨酯瓦片或硅酸钙瓦片材质构成。
进一步的,所述内管为添加抗菌剂的低压高密度聚乙烯管,外管为高压低密度聚乙烯管。
进一步的,所述硅芯层,内管、金属网层、瓦片保温层、消音层、PE外管之间通过胶合材料粘结,并采用多层共挤技术一体成型。
本发明的优点与效果是:
1、本发明在传统给水管的基础上增加保温层;保温层可克服管道保温效果不佳带来的能源浪费问题,克服管内水温受外界结冰冻胀,导致管道发生形变或者破裂问题。
2、本发明在传统给水管的基础上增加消音层,消音层采用消音通道及消音棉的结合,克服流体在管道内产生的噪音问题。
3、管体内侧设置疏水硅芯层、抗菌内层,能较好保证输送流体的环保卫生,减少水垢细菌滋生。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
本实施例所述消音型保温给水管,如附图1所示,由内至外依次为硅芯层1、内管2、金属网层3、瓦片保温层4、消音层5、消音通道5-1、外管6,内管2为添加抗菌剂的低压高密度聚乙烯管,外管6为高压低密度聚乙烯管,各层间通过胶合材料粘结,并采用多层共挤技术一体成型。
瓦片保温层4为聚氨酯瓦片层,消音层5为开有消音通道5-1的环状管,消音通道5-1为两层间隙设置的环形孔,孔内填充消音棉,如附图2所示。聚氨酯瓦片属硬塑料泡沫,若结合独立消音棉层使用,则管壁强度较低。实施例将消音棉填充于消音通道5-1内,能较好的保证管体强度,并达到良好的消音效果。
上述结构获得的给水管抗压性、保温性、消音型都得到较大的提高。

1.消音型保温给水管,包括由内管(2)和外管(6)组成的管体,其特征在于:所述内管(2)内设硅芯层(1),内管(2)与外管(6)之间由内至外依次设置金属网层(3)、瓦片保温层(4)、消音层(5);所述消音层(5)轴向开有多个消音通道(5-1),消音通道(5-1)由至少两层间隙设置的环形孔组成,孔内填充消音介质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的消音型保温给水管,其特征在于:所述瓦片保温层(4)由聚氨酯瓦片或硅酸钙瓦片构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的消音型保温给水管,其特征在于:所述内管(2)为添加抗菌剂的低压高密度聚乙烯管,外管(6)为高压低密度聚乙烯管。
4.根据权利要求1~3任何一项所述的消音型保温给水管,其特征在于:所述硅芯层(1),内管(2)、金属网层(3)、瓦片保温层(4)、消音层(5)、外管(6)之间通过胶合材料粘结,并采用多层共挤技术一体成型。
