Abstract

本发明公开了一种保温墙体板,属于建筑领域。包括墙体板主体,所述墙体板主体上设置有贯穿墙体板主体的若干个通孔,所述通孔内设置有保温管,所述保温管上开设有循环水进口和循环水出口。本发明的一种保温墙体板,通过在墙体板主体内部设置保温管,将水循环管路安装在墙体内部,不仅不会影响美观,而且在供暖过程中,水流噪声会被消音棉吸收,提高居民居住的舒适性。

本发明涉及建筑领域,具体涉及一种保温墙体板。
背景技术
目前,北方等许多地区,由于冬季气温较低,会采取热水供暖,一般将热水管路设置在家中墙壁外侧,影响美观。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺点,本发明的一种保温墙体板,旨在解决上述技术问题。
为了实现上述技术目的,本发明的一种保温墙体板,包括墙体板主体,所述墙体板主体上设置有贯穿墙体板主体的若干个通孔,所述通孔内设置有保温管,所述保温管上开设有循环水进口和循环水出口。
优选的,所述保温管与墙体板主体之间间隔安装有减震弹簧,两相邻减震弹簧的空隙内填充有消音材料。
具体的,所述消音材料为消音棉。
进一步的,所述保温管内部还粘附有防水层。
更进一步的,所述防水层与保温管内部之间还设置有防腐层。
优选的,所述墙体板主体内部还设置有连接管道,所述连接管道穿过两相邻的通孔,与所述保温管连接。
具体的,所述连接管道一端连接保温管的进水口,另一端连接相邻保温管的出水口,形成相互连通的水流管路。
与现有技术相比,本发明的一种保温墙体板,通过在墙体板主体内部设置保温管,将水循环管路安装在墙体内部,不仅不会影响美观,而且在供暖过程中,水流噪声会被消音棉吸收,提高居民居住的舒适性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。应当理解,此处的所描述的实施例仅仅是为了解释本发明,而不是用于限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1、图2所示的一种保温墙体板,包括墙体板主体1,在墙体板主体1上设置有贯穿墙体板主体1的若干个通孔2,该通孔2起到减轻墙体板主体1的重量,在通孔2内设置有保温管3,其中,保温管3设置的方向与通孔2方向一致,且在保温管3上开设有循环水进口4和循环水出口5。保温管3与墙体板主体1之间留存有一定的间隙,在该间隙内间隔安装减震弹簧6,两相邻减震弹簧6的空隙内填充有消音材料7,优选消音材料7为消音棉。当热水由循环水进口4流经保温管3时,水流会产生噪声,影响人们休息,通过填充消音棉,声波穿过保温管3进入到空隙内,由消音棉吸收。在墙体板主体1内部还设置有连接管道10,连接管道10穿过两相邻的通孔2,与保温管3连接,其中,连接管道10一端连接保温管3的进水口4,另一端连接相邻保温管3的出水口5,形成相互连通的水流管路,使热水直接在保温管3内循环流动,实现热交换,达到保温的目的。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,在保温管3内部还粘附有防水层6,防水层6与保温管3内部之间还设置有防腐层9,防止水流渗入到保温管3与墙体板之间的间隙内,损坏墙体板。

1.一种保温墙体板,包括墙体板主体,其特征在于:所述墙体板主体上设置有贯穿墙体板主体的若干个通孔,所述通孔内设置有保温管,所述保温管上开设有循环水进口和循环水出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温墙体板,其特征在于:所述保温管与墙体板主体之间间隔安装有减震弹簧,两相邻减震弹簧的空隙内填充有消音材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的保温墙体板,其特征在于:所述消音材料为消音棉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保温墙体板,其特征在于:所述保温管内部还粘附有防水层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的保温墙体板,其特征在于:所述防水层与保温管内部之间还设置有防腐层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的保温墙体板,其特征在于:所述墙体板主体内部还设置有连接管道,所述连接管道穿过两相邻的通孔,与所述保温管连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的保温墙体板,其特征在于:所述连接管道一端连接保温管的进水口,另一端连接相邻保温管的出水口,形成相互连通的水流管路。
