Abstract

Прокладка (20) для лопатки (14) турбины содержит две боковины (20А), предназначенные для расположения против опорных поверхностей (16А) хвостовика (16) лопатки, и одно основание (20В), которое связывает эти боковины между собой. Эта прокладка имеет по меньшей мере на уровне своих боковин (20А) многослойную структуру по меньшей мере с тремя слоями (31, 32, 33), которые скрепляются между собой и располагаются один на другом в такой последовательности: первый слой (31), выполненный из первого материала, второй слой (32), выполненный из второго материала, и третий слой (33), выполненный из третьего материала, который может отличаться или не отличаться от первого материала, при этом данные первый и третий материалы имеют, соответственно, первый и третий модули Юнга с величиной Е и Е° при произвольной температуре эксплуатации, которая находится в диапазоне рабочих температур прокладки, а данный второй материал имеет модуль Юнга с величинами от Е/20 до Е/5 и от Е'/20 до Е'/5 при данной температуре эксплуатации.
