Abstract

Уплотнительное устройство для шлаковой дверцы металлургической печи, которое содержит монтажный узел для установки устройства на печи и по меньшей мере один замыкающий элемент, выполненный с возможностью перемещения из открытого положения, которое находится снаружи отверстия шлаковой дверцы, в закрытое положение, в котором шлаковая дверца эффективно уплотнялась, и в котором замыкающий элемент вдевается в отверстие шлаковой дверцы, причем задняя панель замыкающего элемента (элементов) проксимально совпадает с внутренней стенкой печи. Устройство может также содержать по меньшей мере один зачищающий элемент, выполненный с возможностью осуществления скребковых движений по нижней поверхности шлаковой дверцы с целью удаления мусорных преград.
