Abstract

A marine electric power plant with support cross element is installed on receiving chamber of tapered trough, the chamber is elongated to vertical pipe coaxially with vertical axis of rotation of shaft on which in the lower section over the support cross element rotary-blade turbine is placed, and in the upper one – windmill with vertical axis of rotation. Before receiving chamber at level of rotary-blade turbine on horizontal axis of rotation floating baffler plate is installed, this is kinematically connected to bottom discharge valve before inlet to receiving chamber on axle parallel to axis of floating baffler plate. The tapered trough is placed at shallow water on supports that provide gap between the bottom of water area and bottom of the tapered trough.
