Abstract
The machine has a horizontal plate (1) equipped with floats (4). Small immersed tubes (2) are vertically arranged below the plate and equipped with a suction valve (9) and a discharge valve (10). A pipe is connected to the exterior and to suction inlets of the tubes. A closed caisson (5) is fixed on the plate. The tubes, the pipe and the caisson are arranged such that variations of water level in the tubes cause discharge of air from the tubes toward the caisson to drive an aerogenerator (6) at an opening (8) of the caisson to produce electricity when the air leaves the caisson.
