Abstract
Группа изобретений относится к химической технологии и оборудованию, в частности к способам и установкам для пиролиза (газификации) в объеме расплавов солей или щелочей бытовых и промышленных отходов, которые содержат органические вещества. Способ переработки промышленных и бытовых отходов включает подачу отходов через загрузочный канал в расплав смеси солей или щелочей, причем отходы подают через загрузочный канал механическим путем и образовывают подвижную газоплотную пробку путем уплотнения отходов с помощью поршня, в рабочем объеме образовывают зону низкотемпературной переработки и зону высокотемпературной переработки отходов. С внешней стороны канала подачи образовывают слой продуктов низкотемпературной переработки отходов, при этом вдоль канала подачи создают градиент температуры в диапазоне от 20 до 550 °С. Регулировку температуры в канале подачи отходов выполняют путем дозированной подачи водяного пара в слой продуктов низкотемпературной переработки отходов. В качестве катализаторов процесса переработки к отходам добавляют металлы или их окислы, или соли, или гидраты окислов. В зону высокотемпературного пиролиза подают водяной пар или углекислый газ. Для регенерации расплава к отходам прибавляют двуокись кремния. Установка для осуществления способа содержит ствол подачи отходов, который оборудован холодильником. Соосно со стволом подачи в установке расположены реакторный ствол, демпферная камера и обечайка рабочей зоны. В рабочей зоне установлены лопатки, которые обеспечивают закручивание расплава и диспергирование пиролизного газа в расплаве. В пространстве между обечайкой рабочей зоны и корпусом расположены жаровые трубы. Установка оборудована вытесняющим устройством для отвода нерасплавленных шлаков.
