Abstract

Винахід належить до теплообмінних апаратів з трубчастими коаксіальними каналами. Теплообмінник для охолодження високотемпературного синтез-газу має елемент (А) приєднання до джерела гарячого газу, трубу (В) транспортування і охолодження газу і захисний кожух (С), заповнений водою. Труба (В) складається із послідовно з’єднаних лінійної і спіральної секцій. Лінійна секція розташована в трубі (7) коаксіально, а спіральна охоплює трубу (7) ззовні. Газ, що проходить через трубу (В), послідовно охолоджується водою, що проходить через коаксіальний проміжок в лінійній секції, і водою в кожусі (С) в спіральній секції. Винахід сприяє швидкому охолодженню синтез-газу.
