Abstract

A device for measurement of the Hall electromotive force at constant current and magnetic field includes a source of direct voltage and a milliampermeter, those are connected in parallel to the sample in rectangular shape, this is placed between the poles of permanent magnet. To the device are included: block of signal processing and indication, micro-electronic frequency converter, this includes the first, second and third resistors, the first and the second field transistors, bipolar transistor, the first and the second capacitors and the second source of direct voltage. The first pole of the second source of direct voltage is connected to the first terminal of the second capacitor, the second terminal of the third resistor and the collector of bipolar transistor, the base of which is connected to the first terminal of the third resistor and the second terminal of the first capacitor, the first terminal of this one is connected to the emitter of the bipolar transistor, the drain of the first field transistor, the first and the second gates of the second field transistor, the first output terminal of the device and the first terminal of the first resistor, the second terminal of this one is connected to the first terminal of the second resistor, the sources of the first and the second field transistors and the second output terminal of the device, the second terminal of the second resistor is connected to the drain of the second field transistor, the first and the second gates of the first field transistor, the second terminal of the second capacitor, the second pole of the second source of direct voltage. A unit for processing and indication of signal is connected to the output terminals.
