Abstract
A magnetic inductometer having an active induction element comprises a bipolar two-collector magnetically sensitive transistor, two resistors, a capacitor, two DC power supplies, a common bus, two output terminals, the first pole of first DC power supply connected to the first lead of first resistor, the second lead of first resistor is connected to the first base of bipolar two-collector magnetically sensitive transistor, whose second base is connected to the first lead of second resistor, the first collector of bipolar two-collector magnetically sensitive transistor form the first output terminal, the first lead of first capacitor is connected to the first terminal of second constant voltage source, the second pole of first DC power supply connected to the resistor second lead, second lead of first capacitor and second terminal of second constant voltage source, which form the common bus, to which the second output terminal is connected. The magnetic inductometer comprises a field-effect two-drain magnetically sensitive transistor, three resistors, a bipolar transistor and a second capacitor. The second collector of bipolar two-collector magnetically sensitive transistor is connected to the first terminal of third resistor, whose second terminal is connected to the first pole of first constant voltage source and first terminal of first resistor. The gate of field-effect two-drain of magnetically sensitive transistor is connected to the first collector of bipolar two-collector magnetically sensitive transistor, emitter of bipolar transistor and first lead of second capacitor, second lead of which is connected to the base of bipolar transistor and first lead of fifth resistor, second lead of which is connected to the collector of bipolar transistor, first lead of first capacitor and first pole of second constant voltage source. A substrate of field effect two-drain of magnetically sensitive transistor is connected to drain thereof, which is connected to the emitter of bipolar two-collector magnetically-sensitive transistor. The second drain of field effect two-drain magnetically sensitive transistor is connected to the first lead of fourth resistor, second lead of which is connected to the first drain of field effect two-drain magnetically sensitive transistor and connected to the common bus.
