The bases of first, second and fourth transistors are connected to one another, the emitters of first and second transistors are connected to the collector of third transistor, the emitters of fourth and fifth transistors are connected to the second terminal of current source, the base of fifth transistor is connected to the second terminal of voltage source, the first terminal of voltage source is connected to the zero bus, the collector of fourth transistor is connected to the collector of seventh transistor and bases of sixth and seventh transistors, the collectors of fifth transistor is connected to the collector of sixth transistor and base of third transistor, the first terminal of current source and emitter of third, sixth, seventh transistors are connected to the zero bus.
