Описаны способ, а также установка для производства цементного клинкера, где цементные сырьевые материалы заранее подогревают в переднагревателе (1), прокаливают во взвешенном состоянии горячими газами в печи прокаливания (2, 20), отделяют от газов в циклоне (2а), обжигают в цементный клинкер в печи (3) и затем охлаждают в холодильнике (4), количество прокаленного сырьевого материала с высоким содержанием СаО извлекают через стадию прокаливания(2, 20) с помощью дополнительного циклона разделения (5а).
