Abstract
A method for production of probiotic for animals provides the use of bifidobacteria, lactobacilli and lactic acid streptococci, biomass growing in milk-containing nutrient medium. Probiotic consists of the bifidobacterium species Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium adolescentis, of lactobacilli species - Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, of lactic acid spreptococci – species Streptococcus salivarius subsp. thermophilus, Lactococcus lactis subsp. Lactis; additionally propionic acid bacteria of species Propionibacterium freudenreichii, Propionibacterium acidipropionici and acetic acid bacteria of species Acetobacter aceti are used, and as a nutrient medium the mixture of skimmed milk with 5% gel of smectite in the ratio of 1:1 is used.
